Three lectures for POL111/ POL112 Environmental Policy (2.5 credits).
The course gives an introduction to political processes and policy design
for environmental issues at national and international level. Empirically
the emphasis is on Norwegian environmental policy and management, and on
some of the core international agreements and institutions. Theoretically
the focus will be on some of the central theories about institutions, decisions,
and collective action of relevance for the understanding the political
processes of environmental politics.
